QT10-15 Full Automatic Concrete Block Production Line
Large production line with Siemens, Omron and Yuken components, 90 kN vibration and a published output table across seven block types.

Machine Overview
The QT10-15 is the flagship large-scale line. It is specified around first-tier components - a Siemens control system, Omron sensors, Japan Yuken hydraulic valves and Taiwan-made proportional pressure parts - to keep failure rates and daily maintenance low on continuous production. The vibration system delivers up to 90 kN at an adjustable 3000 to 5200 times per minute, and the published capacity table covers seven block types from load-bearing hollow blocks to municipal curbstones.
Key Benefits
- Ten hollow blocks per cycle: 1800 to 2100 pieces per hour on a 400 x 200 x 200 mm block
- Up to 12500 standard solid bricks per hour at 230 x 110 x 70 mm
- 90 kN excitation force with vibration frequency adjustable from 3000 to 5200 per minute
- Siemens control, Omron sensors and Japan Yuken hydraulic valves as standard
- 12 to 25 second cycle with table-integrated vibration for uniform density

Quality Control In The Workshop
- First-tier component set specified to lower failure rates on continuous production
- One-piece cast vibration boxes with large imported bearings
- Laser cut, robot welded and shot blasted frame under automotive paint
- Trial running in the workshop before packing, which customers may witness
Use Guide
- Cure finished blocks naturally and spray water regularly to keep them moist
- Cover finished blocks and shelter them from rain to prevent surface damage and cracking
- Use a forklift for cured bricks and finished stacks, and a wheel loader to feed raw material into the mixing system
- Flip the pallets regularly so both faces are used, which extends pallet life and reduces deformation
Published Output By Block Size
Capacity is indicative. Actual output varies with operator efficiency, mould and material quality, which is how the manufacturer specification states it.

What The Machine Looks Like

How It Compares With The Alternatives
A technical comparison against the other ways of solving the same problem, using the figures each machine publishes for itself.
| QT8-15 automatic machine | Eight blocks per cycle at 2500 to 4000 vibrations per minute. The QT10-15 adds two blocks per cycle, Yuken hydraulics and a wider frequency range. |
| QT12-15 production line | Twelve blocks per cycle at 102 kN and 52 kW on a 1380 x 880 mm pallet. The step up when 16800 blocks a shift is not enough. |
| Clay brick kilns | The line produces a 230 x 110 x 70 mm solid brick as a direct alternative to clay bricks, from cement, sand, fly ash, slag and recycled construction waste. |
