How The Moulds Are Made
Moulds are processed with precision line cutting technology and professional carburising heat treatment. Both raise surface hardness, wear resistance and deformation resistance, which is what keeps block dimensions consistent and reduces material waste as the mould ages.
What The Hardness Figure Means
The QT12-15 specification publishes a mould strength of 54-58 HRC and states the mould can be used more than 100,000 times. That is a planning number: at 2,880 blocks per hour in twelve-block cycles, it tells you roughly when to budget for a replacement rather than waiting for rejects to appear.
The Parts Around The Mould
The wear items on a block line are predictable: vibration box, imported bearings, hydraulic pump and valves, conveyor belt, mixing blades, mould, PLC touch screen, frequency converter and servo motors. All of them are held in stock and supplied at factory cost with fast delivery.
Upgrading Rather Than Replacing
Mould replacement, vibration system reinforcement, automatic batching system conversion and control system upgrades are offered as customised packages, which is usually cheaper than replacing a machine whose frame is still sound.
