Spare Parts And Maintenance On A Continuous Block Line
What to hold on the shelf, what the warranty covers, and what support looks like after it expires.
Hold The Parts That Stop The Line
The published spare parts stock covers vibration boxes, imported bearings, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, conveyor belts, mixing blades, block moulds, PLC touch screens, frequency converters and servo motors. On a continuous line, the cost of holding a bearing and a hydraulic valve on the shelf is small against a week of downtime.
What The Warranty Covers
12 months on the main machine frame, vibration system, drive motors and the Siemens PLC control system, counting from the date of shipment. Quick-wear parts and damage caused by improper operation or man-made faults are excluded, which is the normal boundary on industrial equipment.
Diagnosing A Stop
On the QT4-15 the PLC includes fault self-diagnosis, so the screen names the station that halted. Beyond that, engineers provide video call support for assembly, wiring, hydraulic system debugging, vibration parameter adjustment, mixer operation and operator training.
After The Warranty
Technical support does not stop. Free guidance continues for equipment fault troubleshooting, formula adjustment of concrete raw materials, output boosting and production line optimisation for the life of the machine.
