Machine Overview
The QT40-2 is the smallest press in the BRICKMATE range and the usual starting point for a new block yard. It ships as a complete set with a JD350 pan mixer, one block trolley and 600 pallets, so the only site work is connecting power. Changing the mould changes the product: hollow blocks, solid bricks and paver bricks all come off the same 8.8 kW press. Three workers run it - one feeding the mixer, one on the machine, one moving finished blocks to the curing area.

Quality Control In The Workshop
- Machine frames are laser cut, shot blasted and finished in automotive paint before assembly at the Linyi workshop
- Every machine is trial run in the workshop before packing
- 12 month warranty on the main frame, vibration system and drive motors from the date of shipment
Use Guide
- Connect the machine to the local three-phase supply; no foundation bolts or commissioning engineer are required
- Load the JD350 with cement, sand and stone dust and mix until the batch is even
- Place a pallet, press the block, and move the loaded pallet to the curing area on the trolley
- Keep the 600 pallets in rotation so each batch cures before the pallet is reused
