QT4-25 Automatic Electrical Vibration Block Machine
PLC controlled press combining flat, mould and compression vibration for even density, with automatic plate supply and brick discharge.

Machine Overview
The QT4-25 is the crossover machine in the range: an automatic press at a small plant footprint. It combines flat vibration, mould vibration and squeeze compression vibration so blocks come out at even density and high strength, and a dose charging device with a strong material-distributing structure keeps quality steady across different raw materials. PLC control handles plate supply, material distribution and brick discharge automatically on a 25 second cycle.
Key Benefits
- Three vibration modes together - flat, mould and squeeze compression - for even block density
- 70 to 90 kN vibration force at 2800 to 4500 vibrations per minute
- 25 second moulding cycle, the fastest in the semi automatic family
- PLC control of plate supplying, material distributing and brick discharging
- Dose charging device and material distributing structure hold block quality across different raw materials

Who It Is For
- Yards ready to move from operator-paced to machine-paced production
- Buyers who need automatic block discharge to cut handling labour
- Plants working with variable local aggregate that needs controlled dosing
Problems It Solves
- Block density that varies with the operator and the batch
- Manual plate handling that limits how fast the press can run
- Raw material changes that ruin block quality on simpler presses
Application Scenarios
- A small to medium plant producing standard hollow blocks continuously
- Standard brick production at 230 x 110 x 70 mm for wall construction
- Upgrading a yard that already sells everything a semi automatic press can make
- New wall material production where consistent density is specified
Technical Features
- Flat vibration, mould vibration and squeeze compression vibration combined
- 18.7 kW total power on a 6400 x 1500 x 2700 mm machine
- Vibration frequency 2800 to 4500 times per minute
- 850 x 550 mm pallet size
- PLC control with automatic plate supply, distribution and discharge
Technical Parameters
Reproduced from the manufacturer specification. Where a figure is not published the table says so rather than carrying an estimate.
| Machine overall size | 6400 x 1500 x 2700 mm |
| Power | 18.7 KW |
| Vibration force | 70-90 KN |
| Moulding cycle | 25 s |
| Vibration frequency | 2800-4500 times/min |
| Pallet size | 850 x 550 mm |
| Control | PLC, automatic plate supply and brick discharge |
Quality Control In The Workshop
- Vibration boxes are cast as one piece and fitted with large imported bearings
- Modular assembly keeps later repairs simple and cheap over the machine life
- Siemens PLC modules and matching touch screens are used for the control system
- 12 month warranty on frame, vibration system, drive motors and the PLC system
Use Guide
- Set the dose charging device for the aggregate being used before the first batch
- Check pallet supply is full before starting an automatic run so the cycle is not interrupted
- Match vibration time to the mould: deep hollow moulds need the full cycle, thin paver moulds do not
- Move discharged blocks to curing promptly and keep them damp while they cure
Published Output By Block Size
Capacity is indicative. Actual output varies with operator efficiency, mould and material quality, which is how the manufacturer specification states it.
| Block size (mm) | Pcs per mould | Pcs per hour | Pcs per 8 hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| 400 x 200 x 200 | 4 | 576 | 4608 |
| 230 x 110 x 70 | 20 | 2880 | 23040 |
How It Compares With The Alternatives
A technical comparison against the other ways of solving the same problem, using the figures each machine publishes for itself.
| QT4-24 semi automatic machine | The QT4-24 runs a 30 second cycle at 35.5 kN with operator-paced handling. The QT4-25 roughly doubles vibration force and automates plate supply and discharge. |
| QT4-15 hydraulic automatic machine | The QT4-15 uses full hydraulic moulding rather than electrical vibration and produces 5000 to 7000 blocks per shift with palletising included. |
| QT5-15 automatic line | The QT5-15 lifts output to 1200 pieces per hour on a 400 x 200 x 200 mm block and adds the option of a colour machine for face-mix paving. |
