What Pallets Are Supplied With Each Machine
The QT40-2 ships with 600 pallets at 850 x 450 x 20 mm. The QT40-1 and QT4-24 ship with 600 at 850 x 550 x 30 mm. Pallet size then grows with the machine: 850 x 550 mm on the QT4-25, 1070 x 550 mm on the QT5-15, 900 x 700 mm on the QT6-15, 960 x 870 mm on the QT8-15, 1100 x 900 mm with 1,500 pallets on the QT10-15, and 1380 x 880 mm on the QT12-15.
Choosing The Material
The published pallet material options are PVC, wood, GMT and bamboo. All four are reusable. The choice is a trade-off between cost, weight and how many cycles the pallet survives before it deforms under vibration.
Why Pallet Count Limits Output
Every pallet leaving the machine is occupied until the blocks on it have cured enough to be stacked. If curing takes longer than the pallet stock allows, the machine waits. That is why 1,500 pallets are matched to the QT10-15 rather than the 600 that suit a semi automatic press.
Flip Them
The QT10-15 guidance is explicit: machine pallets supporting moulded blocks need to be flipped regularly so both sides are used. It extends pallet service life and reduces deformation, and it costs nothing but a habit.
