QT4-15 Automatic Concrete Hollow Block Making Machine
Full hydraulic automatic machine producing 5000 to 7000 standard blocks per 8 hour shift from sand, fly ash, slag, gangue or construction waste.

Machine Overview
The QT4-15 is the entry point into the fully automatic range. A full hydraulic moulding system works with high-frequency vibration, so pressure output stays stable and the finished blocks come out dense, flat and dimensionally accurate. Feeding, distribution, moulding, demoulding and palletising all run under PLC control from a colour touch screen, with fault self-diagnosis built in. The moulding cycle is 15 to 20 seconds and a shift produces 5000 to 7000 standard blocks.
Key Benefits
- 5000 to 7000 standard blocks per 8 hour shift on a 15 to 20 second cycle
- Full hydraulic moulding gives a lower failure rate than mechanical presses
- One-key start with automatic feeding, distribution, moulding, demoulding and palletising
- Fault self-diagnosis in the PLC shortens daily troubleshooting
- Runs on sand, stone, cement, fly ash, slag, coal gangue and construction waste

Who It Is For
- Medium and large brick plants running continuous shifts
- Producers who need certified dimensional accuracy on every block
- Plants under pressure to use recycled and industrial waste raw material
Problems It Solves
- Mechanical presses that lose pressure consistency and produce cracked blocks
- Labour cost that scales with output because handling is manual
- Mould wear that drifts block dimensions out of tolerance within months
Application Scenarios
- Exterior and load-bearing wall block production for housing projects
- Interlocking paver and road curbstone production by changing the mould
- Special-shaped building brick runs for a specific architectural detail
- Turning site demolition waste into saleable blocks instead of paying to dump it
Technical Features
- Full hydraulic moulding system with high-frequency vibration moulding
- Moulds cut by precision wire cutting and carburised for hardness and wear life
- Omron or Schneider control switches; Siemens or ABB main motors
- Industrial PLC with a colour touch screen human-machine interface
- Heavy steel plate welded body with integral stress relief treatment
Technical Parameters
Reproduced from the manufacturer specification. Where a figure is not published the table says so rather than carrying an estimate.

Quality Control In The Workshop
- Steel sheets are laser cut so parts carry no dimensional error
- Key stress points are welded by robotic arm for uniform strength
- The whole frame is shot blasted before automotive grade paint is applied
- Every machine is trial run in the Linyi workshop and can be witnessed on a factory visit
Use Guide
- Set the mix design for the aggregate in use before the first automatic run
- Start the line from the touch screen and let the cycle stabilise for several pallets before judging block quality
- Read the fault self-diagnosis screen first when the line stops; it names the station that halted
- Check mould wear on a schedule rather than after dimensions drift
What The Machine Looks Like

How It Compares With The Alternatives
A technical comparison against the other ways of solving the same problem, using the figures each machine publishes for itself.
| QT4-25 electrical vibration machine | The QT4-25 uses electrical vibration at 70-90 kN. The QT4-15 moves to full hydraulic moulding with automatic palletising and a 15 to 20 second cycle. |
| QT5-15 automatic line | The QT5-15 publishes 1200 pieces per hour on a 400 x 200 x 200 mm block against the QT4-15's four-block mould, and supports a colour machine for layer blocks. |
| Clay brick production | Concrete blocks off this machine need no kiln firing and can be made from fly ash, slag, gangue and construction waste rather than topsoil. |
