Diamond Tools Matched to the Material You Actually Cut
Bello Diamond Tools makes blades, cup wheels, fickerts, rollers, core bits, wire and abrasives for stone, ceramic tile, concrete, glass and precision grinding. Tell us the material and the machine, and we specify the bond rather than selling you a general-purpose tool.
Five Kinds of Tool for Machining Hard Material
Five things, made in one plant, for people who machine hard materials.
Cutting
Saw blades from 80 mm angle-grinder discs to 3500 mm block saws, plus diamond wire and beads for quarry, squaring, profiling and multi-cutting.
Grinding
Cup wheels, fickerts, satellite and cylindrical wheels, magnesite and silicon carbide abrasives, grinding brushes and floor grinding heads.
Drilling
Wet and dry core bits from 5 mm fixing holes to 600 mm penetrations, finger bits and glass countersinks.
Polishing
Flexible pads, buffs, glass polishing wheel sequences and thirteen grades of cerium oxide polishing powder.
Raw material
Synthetic diamond powder and CBN powder produced under high temperature and high pressure, supplied by mesh size.

Precision grinding is where the difference between diamond and CBN stops being academic. Diamond reacts with iron at grinding temperatures, so carbide, ceramics and fibreglass get diamond an…
Industry page →What actually goes wrong on the shop floor
A tool sold for everything works well on nothing
Marble needs a free-cutting bond, granite needs a hard matrix, green concrete needs protection segments and asphalt needs an open slot. We hold separate series for each instead of one compromise.
Segments fail at the joint, not in the diamond
Side-loaded work — tuck point, crack chasing, slot cutting, wall sawing — shears sintered joints. Those series are laser welded or silver brazed for that reason.
Blade changes cost more than blades
Where downtime dominates, segment height decides the economics. The high-segment series and loose re-tipping segments exist for exactly that.
Finish problems trace back three steps
Most gloss and chipping faults come from the wrong grade earlier in the sequence. Our fickert, squaring and polishing programmes are built as sequences, not single items.
Why Buyers Come Back to a Plant Instead of a Catalogue
Bond specified per enquiry
Our standard reply asks for the material, the machine and the cut. The bond follows from that answer.
Full sequences, not single tools
Calibrating, rough grinding, fine grinding, squaring and polishing are covered in one programme so the steps agree with each other.
Segments sold separately
Re-tip your own 200-3500 mm blades and gang saws instead of scrapping good steel cores.
OEM and private label
Laser marking on the steel core and specification built to your drawing for blade brands and distributors.
Production floor at Shangqiu, Henan. Sintering, welding, brazing and electroplating all run in-house, which is what makes a custom bond a schedule question rather than an impossible one.
Inside the Plant
Tools are pressed, sintered, welded or brazed and then inspected before they are packed. The same plant produces the diamond and CBN powder that goes into them, which is unusual and is the reason we can talk about grit and concentration rather than just size.
- Hot-press and cold-press sintering for segments and abrasive blocks
- Laser welding, silver brazing and high-frequency welding
- Vacuum brazing for the dry-cutting programme
- Electroplating for fine profile detail
- High temperature high pressure powder production
Whole Production Chains, Not Single Items
Stations that depend on each other should be specified together. These are the chains we quote most often.
Granite Slab Production
The granite slab chain has seven tooling decisions in it, and they interact. A fast sawing choice that leaves a rough surface loads the calibrating station; an aggressive…

Questions Before a First Order
What information do you need to quote a diamond tool
Four things: the material you process, the machine and its power, the tool size and bore, and the quantity. With those we can specify a bond and a segment height instead of guessing.
Do you supply OEM and private label tools
Yes. Laser marking on the steel core and tools made to your specification are both standard for blade brands and distributors. Send your artwork and drawing with the enquiry.
Can you match a tool I already buy elsewhere
Usually. Send the tool, its markings or a drawing, plus the material you use it on, and we will match the fit and propose a bond.
What is your minimum order quantity
It depends on the item: stock sizes in the standard programme have low minimums, custom bonds and special profiles need a production batch. Ask us for the specific item.
Which certifications do you hold
Certification documents are available on request from the sales office; we do not publish certificate numbers on the website.
Tell us what you are cutting
Material, machine, size and quantity. That is all we need to quote a real specification.
