Diamond Tools for Every Stage of Stone Processing
Stone processing is a chain: block extraction, squaring, slab sawing, calibrating, grinding, polishing and edge work. A tool that is wrong at one station costs yield at every station after it. This is the largest part of our programme, with 53 products in 20 categories.
What Goes Wrong and What Fixes It
Edge chipping on marble and limestone
Soft stone chips when the bond is too hard and the blade polishes instead of cutting. The marble series runs a free-cutting bond and the continuous-rim blades close the segment gap that causes most chips.
Segment loss mid-block
On a 900-3500 mm block blade, losing segments means stopping the saw and losing the block face. Segment specification follows your saw power, not a catalogue default.
Thickness variation reaching the polishing line
If slabs arrive at different thicknesses the polishing heads cannot hold gloss. Calibrating rollers fix that before the line, not after.
Kerf loss on valuable stone
Every millimetre of kerf is stone you cannot sell. Thin turbo blades and multi-wire cutting exist to reduce it.
Where the Tools Are Used
Quarry
Diamond wire for extraction and squaring, with rubber and spring configurations in the same bead diameter.

Stone Processing — Questions From Buyers
Do I need different tools for granite and engineered quartz
Often yes. Quartz is resin-bound, so it loads a bond that works on granite. Tell us which you run most and we adjust the specification.
Can you supply a full polishing sequence
Yes. Magnesite for rough calibrating, metal bond fickerts for rough and medium grinding, resin bond fickerts for the finer steps, then buffs. Supplying the sequence as a set is the point.
What is the largest blade you make
The block cutting programme runs to 3500 mm diameter. Segments for those blades are also sold separately for re-tipping.
