A Diamond Tool Plant Built Around Application Engineering
Bello Diamond Tools Co., Ltd designs and manufactures high quality close-tolerance diamond tools at Shangqiu in Henan province, China. The tools are used in natural stone, ceramic tile, concrete, glass, composites, aerospace and automotive work — anywhere hard or composite material has to be cut, ground, shaped, polished or machined.
The company describes its own history as a long run of innovation and design work in diamond tooling, backed by an ongoing research and development programme. That programme is what produces the range you see on this site: separate series for granite and marble, separate bonds for green and cured concrete, separate wheels for each class of glass machine.
All tools are made with selected synthetic diamond and super abrasives. A high concentration of diamond and super abrasive crystal is what gives a long-lasting tool, and the raw material grade is where that starts — which is also why the company sells diamond and CBN powder as products in their own right.
Tools are produced and inspected under controlled conditions before shipment. The in-house engineering team handles custom tooling: profiles to your drawing, bonds developed for an unusual material, and private-label programmes for blade brands and distributors.
Five Production Routes Under One Roof
Sintering
Hot-press and cold-press sintered segments and abrasive blocks, used across the blade, fickert and abrasive programmes.
Welding and brazing
Laser welding for side-loaded and reinforced-concrete work, silver brazing and high-frequency welding for cup wheels and rollers.
Vacuum brazing
A separate brazed programme for dry cutting, drilling, grinding and profiling in mixed material.
Electroplating
Electroplated profile wheels where fine detail matters more than service life.
Powder production
Synthetic diamond and CBN powder produced under high temperature and high pressure, graded by mesh size.
