Materials
PP with or without glass reinforcement where stiffness governs, PVC where it does not, and TPE or TPE-SEBS for a soft-touch surface. Glass reinforcement changes shrinkage, so it is fixed before the tool is dimensioned.
Moulding first, then assembly
The moulding is produced, then the metal mechanism is fitted in our plant. What ships is a finished assembly, not two parts to be married up on your line. Stamping, welding and assembly of any type are possible alongside the moulding.

Yes. Stamping, welding and assembly of any type is possible alongside the moulding, so customer-supplied hardware can be fitted here.
How long before I see a real FIAT Handle sample?
Samples follow the prototype tool by 4 weeks. If the part is already tooled here, as most parts in this catalogue are, existing samples can go out far sooner.
What do you need from us to quote it?
The part, the annual volume, and the service conditions it sees. Compound and hardness we can propose; volume and duty we cannot guess.
How are the assembled parts checked?
Tensile strength and elongation to fracture catch under-cure; oil resistance catches EPDM specified where NBR was needed. All of it runs in the Beijing facility next to the line.
