How The Machine Is Made And Checked

Materials

Frames are supplied in carbon steel with a sprayed finish, or in full stainless steel where the product is food, feed or pharmaceutical. Product-contact parts are ground and finished by hand before assembly.

Manufacturing

Fabrication, machining, assembly and wiring are all done in our own plant in Hefei. Pneumatics are FESTO, TPC or SMC and the servo drives are specified per configuration.

Quality Control

Every machine is dry-run, then run with your material or a close equivalent during the factory acceptance test. You can attend in person or receive the run-off video before we crate it.

Warranty

1 year on standard machines and 2 to 3 years on non-standard customised machines, with wear parts stocked for same-week despatch.

Certification

Our products have passed safety inspection and the company holds qualification certification. Certificate copies for your import file are issued on request per order and destination.

Running The Machine Day To Day

  1. 1
    Set the recipe

    Call up the stored product on the touch screen. Target weight, feed times and sealing temperature load together, so a product change does not mean re-tuning the machine.

  2. 2
    Load film or bags and material

    Load the film roll or the premade bag magazine and start the infeed. Let the hopper reach its working level before the first pack.

  3. 3
    Run a check pack

    Run three to five packs and put them on a reference scale. Trim the fine-feed time if the mean weight sits high or low.

  4. 4
    Run production

    Watch the first tray of output for seal quality and code position, then let the machine run. The fault display calls the operator only when something needs attention.

  5. 5
    Clean down

    Empty the hopper, wipe the sealing jaws while they are still warm, and check the film path for dust. Five minutes at the end of a shift prevents most of the next morning's faults.
