Product Overview
Farrowing and weaner rooms are the two places where penning, flooring, feeding, water and heat all have to agree with each other. A crate that lands on a slat joint, a drinker fixed where a panel post should go, or a creep area sized for the wrong floor panel all cost more to fix than to plan.
JGM builds this penning as a project: galvanised frames and plastic panels, set out on the same grid as the slats and beams, with feeder and drinker positions fixed on the drawing before anything is made.

Materials and Manufacturing
Moulded and machined components, assembled in-house. The Farrowing / Weaner Penning is assembled from moulded and machined components on our own line. Moulded bodies come off the same presses as the rest of the range; stainless and metal parts are sourced to specification and fitted with the fasteners the assembly drawing calls for, so a replacement part years later still fits.
