Product Overview
The RXP-G panel is the reinforced member of the PVC board family. The wall is drawn at 2.5 mm instead of the usual 2.0 mm, the edge is the R-profile that mates with the rest of the range, and a rubber sealing strip is co-extruded onto the joint so the panel-to-panel line closes tight.
It is specified where a pen face takes direct impact — gates, alley walls, corners on a pig route — and where a sealed joint matters for washdown.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC Co-Extruded Panel is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Use guide
Installing and Running It
Step 1
Use the co-extruded panel on the pig side of an alley or gateway and the plain board elsewhere.
Step 2
Push panels fully home so the sealing strip compresses along the whole joint.
Step 3
Do not cut through the sealing strip when trimming to length — trim from the opposite edge.
Step 4
Check the joint line after the first washdown and reseat any panel that has not closed.

How much stronger is the 2.5 mm wall?
