Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC L-Profile is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Cut the trim slightly long and mitre at corners for a clean line.
