Product Overview
A pen layout is a grid of junctions: corners, T-junctions where a division meets a wall, and crossings where four pens meet at a point. Each needs a post with the right number of panel slots, and improvising one from a square tube and two channels is how pen runs end up out of square.
JGM produces the full set — one, two, three and four-way posts in 30 and 35 mm board versions — so every junction in a layout has a purpose-made part.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC Corner Post is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Step 1

What is a four-way post for?

Do posts come in 30 and 35 mm?
Yes — the one, two and three-way posts are produced in both board thicknesses; the four-way post is the 35 mm version.
How are they cut to height?
They are supplied cut to the panel height you specify with the order.
