Black polypropylene carries carbon black, which is the most effective UV stabiliser available in a moulded panel. In a house with side curtains, translucent panels or open ends, that is the difference between a panel that stays flexible for a decade and one that chalks.
This is the 1200 × 1000 × 50 mm size — the tall panel used to pen finishing pigs — supplied closed or with a vented window and in standard or reinforced grade.

Materials and Manufacturing
Injection-moulded polypropylene. The Pig PP Panel — Black is injection-moulded on JGM's own presses in Ningbo. Polypropylene granulate is dried, dosed and shot into a steel tool, so the part that leaves the press is the part the tool was cut for — there is no secondary forming stage where the dimension can drift. Colour is added as masterbatch at the press, which is why colour goes all the way through the part instead of sitting on it as a coating.
