Product Overview
Green is the colour most JGM penning leaves the factory in, and the 1000 × 900 × 50 mm panel is the size most rooms are built from. It is the standard pen wall for weaner and grow-finish housing, with the 850 mm version used where a lower face suits the stage or the feed line.
The panel is injection-moulded polypropylene, 50 mm thick, supplied closed or with a vented window and in standard or reinforced grade.

Materials and Manufacturing
Injection-moulded polypropylene. The Pig PP Panel — Green is injection-moulded on JGM's own presses in Ningbo. Polypropylene granulate is dried, dosed and shot into a steel tool, so the part that leaves the press is the part the tool was cut for — there is no secondary forming stage where the dimension can drift. Colour is added as masterbatch at the press, which is why colour goes all the way through the part instead of sitting on it as a coating.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Set post centres to the panel length so panels drop in without cutting.
Step 2
Use the vented version between pens sharing an air space.
Step 3
Leave the panel free to expand slightly in its bracket; do not pin it rigid at both ends.
Step 4
Check bracket tightness after the first washdown cycle.
