Product Overview
Most pen divisions never need a frame. Gates do. So does the panel beside a loading race, the divider on a sorting route, and any face that a group of finishing pigs pushes against every feeding time. The reinforced panel puts a steel frame around a vented PP or PVC face so the panel carries hinge, latch and impact loads without deflecting.
It is built to the pen dimension rather than to a catalogue size, because a gate has to fit the opening it hangs in.

Materials and Manufacturing
Moulded and machined components, assembled in-house. The Reinforced Partition Panel is assembled from moulded and machined components on our own line. Moulded bodies come off the same presses as the rest of the range; stainless and metal parts are sourced to specification and fitted with the fasteners the assembly drawing calls for, so a replacement part years later still fits.

What is the frame made from and how is it protected?
A steel frame with a corrosion-protected finish; the exact specification is confirmed per order and stated on the quotation.
Can the face be solid instead of vented?
Yes. The frame takes either a vented or a closed face depending on whether the position needs airflow or separation.
