Product Overview
A vented panel is right between pens in the same air space and wrong at a room boundary. Where two groups must not share air — a quarantine pen, the division between an all-in/all-out room and a corridor, a gilt acclimatisation area — the divider has to be solid.
The solid partition is supplied in PVC or FRP with a smooth face on both sides, sized to the opening it closes.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The Solid Partition Panel is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Identify every room boundary on the plan before ordering — that is where solid panels belong.

Seal the panel into channel at floor and ceiling so there is no bypass at the edges.

Keep the solid divider clear of the air inlet so the room's ventilation pattern is not disturbed.
Step 4
