What problem we solve
Every Hole in a Roof Is a Leak Waiting to Happen
The hard part of a vehicle or marine solar installation is not the electricity. It is fixing a panel to a surface that has to stay watertight, at highway speed, for years.
Water ingress
A drilled mounting point on a habitation roof has to be sealed on installation and re-sealed for the life of the vehicle. Bonded mounts remove the hole from the equation.
Wind load at speed
Panels must withstand 200 km/h winds while the vehicle is in motion. A short gust is enough to break a panel off a weak mount.
Heat under the panel
A module bonded flat to a roof cannot shed heat and gives up output on the sunniest days. Our profiles hold an air gap underneath.
Mismatched hardware
Bracket lengths that do not match the panel frame are the most common ordering error in this class. We publish every dimension so they do.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I mount a solar panel on a caravan roof without drilling holes?
Yes. Our ABS plastic mounts bond to the roof with adhesive sealant, so no fastener passes through the caravan, motorhome or boat skin. That is the reason the range was developed.
What is the difference between your ABS mounts and your aluminium brackets?
ABS mounts are bonded and about 50 % lighter; aluminium Z and L brackets are bolted and carry more load per bracket. Choose by whether the surface can safely take a fastener.
How many mounting feet does one panel need?
Four for smaller square modules up to 85 watts, and six for larger rectangular modules — one set at each end and one set in the middle of the frame rail.
Do you supply solar panels as well as mounting hardware?
Yes. We supply nine modules from 5 W to 45 W in 12 V and 24 V nominal, multicrystalline and monocrystalline, alongside the mounting range.
What are your export carton quantities?
They are published on every product page — for example 10 sets of corner mounts, 20 sets of 180 mm side mounts, 16 sets of 530 mm side mounts and 100 cable entry boxes per outer carton.
