A set of four Z-bracket type mounting feet at 100 mm, universal in the real sense: they fit any solar electric panel with an aluminium frame, and the hardware for fastening the mounts to the panel is included. Designed for caravans and motorhomes, but equally at home on other surfaces.
The taller 100 mm foot buys you airflow and clearance. On a curved or ribbed roof it also gives you room to get a spanner in, which matters more than it sounds when you are working single-handed on a roof. The kit will fit virtually any framed solar panel including BP, Suntech Power, GE and Kyocera panels.

How to Fit It
Step 1
Attach the Z feet to the panel frame with the supplied hardware.
Step 2
Set the panel on the roof and mark the fixing positions.
Step 3
Select surface fasteners to suit the roof construction.
Step 4
Bed each foot on roof sealant and seal under the fastener heads.
Step 5
Tighten evenly and check the panel is not being twisted by an uneven roof.

Does it come with roof fixings?
No. Hardware for fastening the mounts to the panel is included; the fasteners that go into your roof are chosen to suit the surface and are not supplied.
How many sets do I need per panel?
One set of four for a small square module. For larger rectangular panels our RV guidance is six feet per module, with an extra set in the middle of the frame rail.
38 mm or 100 mm?
100 mm if you want airflow and room to work; 38 mm if you want the panel sitting as low as possible.
