What It Is and What It Does
The 530 mm kit is the one to reach for when the module is big enough that its long edges have to be carried. It contains one set of four white corner brackets and one set of 530 mm long white side brackets, which together give a bonded fixing on all four sides of a framed panel.
Like the rest of the kits it is an adhesive installation: the mounts bond safely to the surface, removing the need to drill holes, and they act as a wind deflector while maintaining the correct air gap between the solar panel and the roof top or deck.

Step 1
Check the long edge of your module against the 530 mm profile length before ordering.

Dry-fit and mark all bracket positions on the roof.
Step 3
Degrease both bonding faces.
Step 4
Bond corners and side profiles with ABS adhesive sealant.
Step 5
Cure fully before the vehicle is driven or the roof is loaded.

The side brackets. This kit has 530 mm long white side brackets; the BS09009 kit has short side brackets.
How do I know which side bracket length I need?
Measure the lateral length of your panel frame and match it to the 510 mm, 530 mm or 550 mm kit. Send us the panel dimensions and we will confirm the right kit.
Does the kit include the panel?
No. The kits are mounting hardware only. We also supply 5 W to 45 W modules if you need both.
Can I order these in black?
The kits are supplied in white. The individual corner and side mounts are available in black if you need a black installation — tell us the quantity and we will quote.
