Every Stage From Enquiry To Service
Nothing here is a black box. If a stage does not apply to your machine we say so and take it out of the quotation.
Send the sample
Post one part to Shaoxing, or send photos with a ruler across the mounting holes and the overall dimensions.
Measure
We measure the mounting first, because that is what decides whether the part fits, then the working geometry.
Material
Copper plate with carbon or stainless steel pins, specialised alloys for holders, PEEK for bearing surfaces, PBT or natural hair for bristles.
Sample part
For anything unusual we make one part first and send it for a fit trial before running the batch.
Batch
Once the fit is confirmed we produce the quantity, in matched sets from one batch.
Reorder
The pattern is on file, so the second order needs nothing but a quantity.
