Do I need a part number to get a quotation?
No. Most of our enquiries arrive as a photo of the part on the machine with a ruler laid across the mounting holes. That tells us more than a part number does. Posting one sample part to Shaoxing is better still.
How long does delivery take?
Standard lines ship within 7 days of order confirmation. That is dispatch from the factory, not arrival at your mill, so plan a shutdown around the arrival date and ask us to confirm both.
