Overview

What This Machine Does

The WC67Y is a hydraulic press brake built as a welded monoblock frame, produced by welding robots and then stress relieved by annealing so the frame does not move once it is in service. The hydraulic system is integrated and uses Bosch-Rexroth components from Germany, which keeps the valve block compact and the maintenance work predictable. A mechanical synchronous mechanism with compensation keeps the two cylinders together across the bed, so the bend angle stays the same at both ends of a long part. Backgauge stroke and distance are set by motor with fine adjustment by hand, and the position is displayed on an E21 controller. Inch and single stroke modes are built in, with reversing and dwell time controlled by PLC. A safety fence and electric interlock are fitted to the machine. The WC67Y range runs from 30T to 500T and is used on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet.

Key Benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Machine

  • Monoblock welded frame stress relieved by annealing so the frame does not distort in service
  • Mechanical synchronisation with compensation holds the same angle at both ends of a long bend
  • Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic components keep the system serviceable with parts you can source
  • E21 display with motorised backgauge repeats bend positions without measuring each part
  • Integrated hydraulic block reduces external pipework and the leak points that come with it
  • Inch and single stroke modes let the operator creep into a die before committing a full bend
  • Safety fence and electric interlock built into the machine rather than added afterwards
Application

Where WC67Y Hydraulic Press Brake Machine Earns Its Place

Problems It Solves

  • Unrelieved welded frames move after a few months and the bend angle drifts with them
  • Cylinders out of synchronisation leave one end of a long bend at a different angle
  • Scattered pipework on non-integrated hydraulics leaks and is slow to trace
  • Measuring and marking every part for the flange width is slow and inconsistent
  • Open bending stations expose the operator to the die area during the stroke

Who It Is For

  • Sheet metal fabrication shops needing a reliable NC-controlled hydraulic brake
  • Steel structure and enclosure manufacturers
  • Shops upgrading from mechanical or manual bending equipment
  • Machinery distributors supplying press brakes into export markets

Application Scenarios

  • Bending carbon steel panels and brackets in general fabrication
  • Stainless steel work for food catering and architectural fittings
  • Aluminium sheet bending for enclosures and trims
  • Long bends where angle consistency across the bed matters
  • Subcontract sheet metal shops running mixed short-run work

Comparison

How It Compares With the Alternatives

WC67K CNC hydraulic press brakeThe WC67K adds CNC control of the Y and X axes with E210 or DELEM DA41; the WC67Y is NC controlled with an E21 display and suits shops bending simpler parts
FD series electric folding machineA folder clamps and folds the sheet and suits straightforward flanges; the WC67Y bends in a die and handles thicker material and formed profiles
Mechanical or manual bending equipmentManual bending cannot hold angle repeatably on long parts; the WC67Y synchronises both cylinders and repeats the backgauge position from the E21
Use Guide

Running the Machine

Step 1

Fit the top and bottom tooling for the material thickness and bend radius

Step 2

Set the backgauge position by motor and fine adjust by hand against the E21 reading

Step 3

Use inch mode to bring the ram down and check the part position in the die

Step 4

Bend a first part in single stroke mode and check the angle at both ends of the bend

Step 5

Adjust the compensation if the angle differs end to end then run the batch

Step 6

Keep the safety fence interlock in service and never bypass it

Step 7

Check hydraulic oil level and filter condition as part of routine maintenance

FAQ

Questions About WC67Y Hydraulic Press Brake Machine

Which tonnage and bending length do I need?

Send us your material grade, thickness, maximum bend length and the tightest radius you bend. We will recommend a model from the 30T to 500T range in writing.

What is the difference between the WC67Y and the WC67K?

The WC67Y is NC controlled with a motorised backgauge and E21 display. The WC67K is CNC controlled with E210 or DELEM DA41 and control of the Y and X axes, which suits more complex multi-bend parts.

Where do the hydraulic parts come from?

The integrated hydraulic system uses Bosch-Rexroth components from Germany, so valves and seals can be sourced through their service network as well as through us.

Does the machine come with tooling?

Tooling is specified against your work. Send us sample drawings with material and thickness and we will quote a punch and die set with the machine.

What supply voltage is the machine built for?

State your voltage, phases and frequency on the order and the machine will be wired and tested to that supply.

What are your trade and payment terms?

FOB CFR and CIF. Payment is 30 percent by T/T on order and 70 percent before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.

How are spare parts supplied after delivery?

Send us your machine model and the item needed from the hydraulic or electrical system and we will quote spares against your machine record.
