Since 2007
Sanpin Mould
Tooling and injection moulding
The tooling house the group was built on. Mould design, steel cutting, T1 sampling and injection moulding under one roof in Shenzhen.
- Founded 2007
- 21,000 sqm facility
- 260 staff
- ISO 9001:2015
Sanpin Mould builds the tooling. Sanpin Medical runs the clean room. Wisdom Industrial takes your design from concept to mass production and manages the material sources in between.
The Group
A product usually needs more than one process, and splitting those processes across separate vendors puts the tolerance stack, the schedule and the blame in nobody's hands. We take all of it.
Based on Sanpin Mould, founded in 2007, the group has served customers worldwide and built long-term relationships with companies including BMW, Audi, Philips, Dell and Bosch. Wisdom Industrial was set up as a branch in 2012. Sanpin Medical was established in 2019 and obtained its ISO 13485 certificate in the same year.

Divisions
Each company owns its own work rather than sharing a sales office. That is why a medical programme and an automotive tool do not compete for the same engineer.

Since 2012
One-stop product development
Set up in 2012 to take a customer from a drawing to mass production, and to manage the material and process sources that sit in between.
Since 2019
Medical device manufacturing
Opened in 2019 for medical work only: clean room moulding across four departments, with a French partner running the quality system.
Capabilities
Mould tooling, injection moulded plastic parts, machined metal components, silicone and rubber parts, die cast and stamped metalwork, and the assemblies they go into.

Tooling and moulding in one building, run on scientific moulding principles since 2007.

A separate business, built for medical work only, ISO 13485 certified in its first year.

From product design to mass production, with the material sourcing in between handled for you.

Seven process families and the material list that goes with each one.

Every stage has an output you can point at, so the programme is never in an undefined state.
Send the part drawing or 3D file by email. An engineer comes back within 24 hours with a consultation, not an auto-reply.
Before any steel is cut we return a design-for-manufacture report that flags flaws and errors in the design, so they are fixed on paper.
A predictive model analyses how the molten material behaves inside the cavity. Flow analysis settles gating and cooling before tooling.
Tooling is cut from the steel grade chosen for the application, not from whatever is on the rack.
First-trial samples go out for your inspection and review. Errors are identified on T1, before mass production is committed.
A low-volume run follows the trial phase, so precision is proven on real machines under expert surveillance before the ramp.
Parts are inspected against international tolerance standards and against the specification you supplied.
Parts are packaged to survive the journey and released through our logistics partners on a scheduled delivery.
Industries
Automotive, medical device and electronics manufacturers. Long-term relationships have been built with BMW, Audi, Philips, Dell and Bosch.
Materials
Material lists are published because they are the fastest way for an engineer to tell whether a supplier can take the job.
Post-treatment available in-house: plating, anodizing, painting, uv printing, screen printing.

KnowledgeIn medical device manufacturing, cleanliness and precision are not separate requirements. Clean room injection moulding is where both are decided.

KnowledgeRegulatory compliance is what confirms that a medical device meets the safety and quality standards it claims to. It is a manufacturing question as much as a paperwork one.
