Plastic Injection Moulding

Tooling and moulding in one building, run on scientific moulding principles since 2007.

Overview

What This Covers

Sanpin Mould was founded in 2007 and everything else in the group grew out of it. Mould design, Moldflow analysis, tool cutting, T1 sampling and production moulding happen on one site in Shenzhen, which removes the single most common failure in offshore tooling: a dimensional argument between the company that built the tool and the company that runs it.

Problems

What This Solves

  • Tooling and moulding split across two suppliers who disagree at T1
  • Steel cut before anyone modelled how the cavity would fill
  • No DFM report until after the order is placed
  • Low volumes that no production moulder will accept

Advantages

What Sits Behind It

  • Founded 2007, 21,000 sqm, 260 staff, ISO 9001:2015
  • Moldflow and DFM before steel is cut
  • T1 review closed out before mass production is released
  • Low-volume production as a defined stage, not a favour

Questions

About Plastic Injection Moulding

Do you build the tool as well as mould the parts?

Yes. Both happen at Sanpin Mould in Shenzhen, on the same site as the measuring room.

How fast do you respond to a request?

An engineer replies within 24 hours with a consultation rather than an automated acknowledgement.

What is your process before production starts?

Quotation, DFM report, mould design with Moldflow, tool production, T1 sample inspection, low-volume production, strict inspection, then delivery.

Start With The Part, Not The Process

Send the drawing and the annual quantity. We will confirm which capability in this group fits and what it would take to run it.

An engineer replies within 24 hours. Attach a drawing or a 3D file and tell us the annual quantity.
