Testing & Validation
Rigorous testing and validation confirm the product meets the necessary safety and performance standards before anything is committed.
Tooling
DFM reporting and Moldflow analysis settle the process, then tooling is cut from the material chosen for the application.
Production
Manufacturing runs to strict quality control, from low-volume batches through to large-scale production.
Finishing & Delivery
Post-treatment, assembly, secure packaging and scheduled delivery through our logistics partners.

At any stage. Most customers arrive with a design and join at DFM, but we also start from a requirement.

Medical programmes run the same shape of process inside Sanpin Medical, with regulatory requirements treated as a design input from the concept stage.
