Uplumin builds outdoor LED festival decoration: 2D and 3D motif light sculptures on welded metal frames, Christmas tree forms, Ramadan and Eid motifs, meteor shower tubes, rope light, neon flex, dandelion and fibre optic sculptures, and the string, net, icicle and curtain lights that dress them. Frames are bent and wrapped by hand in our own motif workshop; the string light that goes on them is welded, glued and cased on automated lines in the same industrial park.

Festival Lighting Fails In Four Predictable Ways
Festival lighting is bought on a deadline and installed outdoors in bad weather. The usual failures are a frame that arrives bent, a motif that does not match the render, one dead LED that kills a whole string, and a container that misses the switch-on date. We work to a fixed sample-approval sequence so the shape is signed off before tooling, build on IP65 wiring rated from -40 to 60 Celsius, and use a parallel LED circuit so a single failed bulb does not take the rest of the run down with it.
The Frame Arrives Bent Or Rusted
Frames are stoving varnished with rust prevention and crated with bracing, then trial assembled before large sections ship.
The Motif Does Not Match The Render
Nothing goes to batch production until you have approved a physical sample, photographed both lit and unlit.
One Dead LED Kills The Whole String
Motif lighting is wired as a parallel circuit, so a single failed bulb does not take the rest of the run with it.
The Container Misses The Switch On Date
We schedule backwards from your date: 7-9 days for standard items, 20-30 days for custom work after sample approval.

What Buyers Ask First
What is your minimum order quantity?
Project customisation is accepted at low MOQ, and there is no minimum order at all on decoration material such as PVC tinsel and mesh. Sample orders are welcome before a bulk order.
How long does production take?
Standard catalogue items ship in 7-9 days. Custom shapes run 20-30 days in production, and that clock starts after the sample is approved rather than when the order is placed.
Do you do OEM and ODM with our own brand?
Yes. Private label branding on the product and on the packaging is standard work, and the approved sample is sealed and retained here so repeat orders match.
Which certificates do you hold?
For the UPL-S series LED string light we hold CE certificates against the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and the Low Voltage Directive, plus a RoHS certificate covering the amending Annex EU 2015/863. Tell us the model you are buying and we will confirm the scope that applies.
Can the same product ship to both hot and cold markets?
The motif and string light wiring is rated from -40 C to 60 C and built to IP65, so one specification covers Gulf summers and Northern European winters.
