About Uplumin
Zhongshan Uplumin Lighting Co., Ltd has been building LED decoration and festival lighting in Zhongshan since 2013 — motif light sculptures, string light, landscape features and the decoration material that finishes them.
The Company
Uplumin is a manufacturer and supplier of festival arts and decorative lighting. The factory is in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong, with a sales office in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, China. The Henglan site is an industrial park of two buildings holding the office block, a test room, the string light workshop, the motif light workshop, warehousing and a container loading yard.
The product range covers three groups: Christmas decoration including LED acrylic sculptures, trees, motif lights and large outdoor lighting themes; LED holiday lights including string, net, ball, curtain, waterfall, copper, rice, C6, C7 and C9, meteor and rope lights; and fibreglass arts and other festival decorations.
Products sell into the Middle East, Europe, Russia, Japan, North America and South America. We exhibit at the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair in the autumn edition.

Quality
What We Test And Why
Use of high quality low power consumption LED with Taiwan Epistar chips, 100% copper wire, double deck insulated sheath power wire, and rust prevention on all metalwork. Every LED light passes cold resistance and high temperature resistance testing with current applied, plus a wire ageing test.
Incoming Material
LED chips, copper wire and PVC checked against the approved specification before they reach the line.
In Process
Weld, glue and casing inspected on the automated line; frame welds and stoving varnish checked in the motif workshop.
Wire Ageing Test
Wiring is aged under current before the frame is wrapped, because a fault found after wrapping means rebuilding the unit.
Temperature Test
Cold resistance and high temperature resistance tested with current applied, covering the -40 C to 60 C working range.
Final Light Up
Every unit is powered and photographed lit and unlit before it is packed.
Packing Check
Foam and carton packing verified against the container loading plan and the crate labelling.

Issued for the UPL-S series LED string light by HTT Technology. Certificates for other product families are issued per model — ask us for the scope that covers the item you are buying.

The CE Low Voltage certificate is issued against EN IEC 60598-1:2021+A11:2022 and EN 60598-2-20:2015. The RoHS certificate covers the IEC 62321 series.

Can we visit the factory?
Yes, visitors are welcome. Email us with the dates you are in Guangdong and we will arrange it.
Do you supply the material as well as the finished product?
Yes. PVC tinsel and mesh decoration material is sold on its own with no minimum order, which is what workshops building their own frames buy from us.
