How quickly do you reply to an email enquiry?

Within our working hours, Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00, Sat-Sun 10:00-18:00 (GMT+8). Bear the time zone in mind if you are writing from Europe or the Americas.

Why is there no enquiry form on the site?

Because lighting enquiries need attachments — photographs, drawings, bracket details — and forms handle those badly. Email gets your files to us intact.

Can you quote from a photograph alone?

Indicatively, yes. For a firm price we need the size, the quantity and the mounting position as well.

Do you supply spare parts for lighting we already own?

For units we built, yes — we retain the approved sample and the production drawing. For lighting from another factory, send photographs and we will tell you honestly whether we can match it.

What languages do you work in?

Our export sales correspondence is in English.
