What Happens And Why Each Step Exists
Scheme Definition
A district scheme covers several street types, and each one needs a different unit.
We work from your street list and bracket survey to set how many designs and sizes the scheme actually needs.
Bracket and Load Survey
Existing brackets and catenaries set the weight and fixing you can use.
Frame weight and fixing points are designed to the bracket you already own, rather than asking you to replace street furniture.
Sample Approval
One approved sample per design becomes the reference for the whole run.
Lit and unlit photography for each design, so the daytime appearance is agreed as well as the night effect.
Batch Production
Consistency across the avenue is the hardest thing to buy and the easiest thing to notice.
The whole avenue is produced as one batch at one bulb spacing, so no two blocks read differently.
Labelling and Crating
Install crews lose time hunting for the right unit.
Crates are labelled by street and position so units come out of the container in installation order.
Shipping Schedule
The switch-on date is public and cannot move.
We work back from it: sea freight, then 20-30 days production after sample approval for custom designs.
Install Support
Questions arrive at night, during the install window.
Fixing kits ship with the units and we stay reachable by WhatsApp and email through the install period.
Season End and Storage
Most councils re-use the same scheme for several years.
Frames are stoving varnished and sectional. Store dry in the crates and keep fixing kits with each unit.

Can you supply a whole district in one order?
Yes, and it is better that way. Producing the avenue as one batch is what keeps the brightness and colour consistent block to block.
How do you handle different street widths in one scheme?
Usually with one design at two or three sizes rather than several designs. It keeps the scheme coherent and reduces the number of samples to approve.
What export capacity do you have?
About 5 containers a month. For a large district programme we will map the production and shipping schedule against your switch-on date at quotation stage.
Do you label crates by installation position?
Yes, where you give us the site plan. It saves more install time than anything else we do in packing.
