The ten-step sequence we run on every custom shape, from your first sketch to after-sales. The point of it is that the shape is agreed on a physical sample before anyone cuts steel for the batch.

What Happens And Why Each Step Exists
Requested Idea
You send a sketch, photograph, render or a competitor's unit. Most projects start with a picture and a size, not a drawing.
We read it back to you as dimensions and a frame outline, so any misunderstanding surfaces in week one instead of at sample stage.
Initial Design
Turning a flat image into something that can be bent, welded and wired is where most shapes change.
Our design team draws the frame, sets the bulb spacing, and marks fixing points and the split lines for shipping.
Customer Adjustment
The first drawing is rarely the last. Proportions, colours and lettering all move at this stage.
You mark up the drawing and we revise it. Arabic and other non-Latin lettering is always proofed back to you in artwork form.
Design Finalised
Both sides sign off the drawing so there is one reference for what is being built.
The approved drawing becomes the production document. Nothing goes to the workshop on a verbal change.
Sampling
A sample is built by the same workshop that will run the batch.
We photograph it lit and unlit. Unlit matters — a motif that reads well at night can look like bare wire by day.
Sample Approved
You approve the physical sample, or the photographs of it, before tooling.
The approved sample is sealed and retained, so repeat orders in later years are matched against an object rather than a description.
Order Placed
Quantity, colour split, spacing and packing are confirmed against the approved sample.
We confirm the production slot and the date the goods will be ready, working back from your switch-on date.
Mass Production
Frames are bent, welded, stoving varnished, wrapped by hand and wired at the agreed spacing.
Producing the whole run in one batch is what keeps brightness consistent across a street or an atrium.
Delivery
Units are ageing tested, light-up photographed, then foam and carton packed for container loading.
Crates are labelled by installation position where the site plan calls for it, so crews unpack in sequence.
After Sales
Questions do not stop when the container sails.
We keep the approved sample and the production drawing on file, so spares and repeat orders match the original build.

What do you need from us to start?
A picture and a size is enough to begin. A vector drawing, the mounting method and the quantity make the first quotation accurate instead of indicative.
How many revisions are included?
The drawing stage runs until you are happy. What we ask is that changes come before the sample is built, because changes after tooling cost time you usually do not have.
Do we have to pay for a sample?
Sample orders are welcome and are the normal way to test build quality before a bulk order. Cost depends on the shape and size; ask us against your drawing.
How long does the whole process take?
Custom products run 20-30 days in production after sample approval. The design and sampling stage before that depends on how fast the drawing is signed off.
