Walk Through Light Tunnel Installation

A seasonal winter light trail in a cold-climate market. The operator is not named.
The Challenge
A tunnel is the highest-traffic feature on any trail. It has to take a continuous flow of visitors, stay lit in snow, and photograph well from inside as well as from the approach.
Customer Pain Points
- Continuous public contact along the whole length
- Snow, damp and sub-zero temperatures for the full season
- Every visitor photographs it, so any dark section is visible online
- Repeating arches must match each other exactly or the perspective breaks
Our Solution
A repeating arch structure wrapped in string and curtain lighting, produced as one matched batch so each arch in the perspective reads identically.
Supply Chain Coordination
Arches were numbered in production order and crated in that sequence, so the tunnel could be built end to end without sorting on site.
Quality Control
Connector waterproof testing, continuity checks over the full run length, and cold resistance testing with current applied, rated down to -40 C.

Frames welded and finished for outdoor use
String and curtain harnesses wired to a fixed pitch
IP65 sealing applied at every connector with glued rubber rings
Sequential assembly test across several arches before packing
