Rubber or PVC cable — which should we choose?
Rubber holds up better to repeated handling and cold, which suits crews that take the lighting down and store it each year. PVC costs less and is the usual pick for a fixed installation.
Do the bulbs come out if the run is pulled tight?
The bullet caps are glued as well as welded and cased, so the bulb stays seated. Still, fix the run to the structure rather than letting it carry its own tension.
Can you supply a controller with the garland?
Yes, with or without a controller, and with or without an end plug. Tell us the effect you want and whether runs need to chase together.
What is the largest single order you can turn around?
The string light line runs about 3000 sets a day, so peak-season quantities are normal. Confirm the date you need it on the water and we will schedule against it.
