Motif Light Questions
Can you build a motif from our own drawing or logo?
Yes. Send a drawing, photo or render and we scale it into a frame drawing for approval. Custom shapes, colours, sizes and materials are all standard work for us, and the shape is confirmed on a sample before mass production starts.
How long does a custom motif take?
Custom products run 20-30 days once the sample is approved. Standard catalogue items ship in 7-9 days.
What holds the motif up outdoors?
The frame is iron or aluminium rod, welded and then stoving varnished in gold or white with rust prevention. Mounting is specified per site — pole brackets, cross-street cables or ground spikes.
Will the same unit work in a cold and a hot market?
The LED wiring is rated from -40 C to 60 C and the assembly is IP65, so one specification covers both Gulf summers and Northern European winters.
