Do you already have Ramadan designs in production?
Yes. Crescents, mosque domes, minarets, fanous lanterns, Arabic calligraphy panels and Ramadan Kareem and Eid Mubarak greeting scripts are all current products, and any of them can be resized or recoloured.
How do we make sure the Arabic lettering is correct?
Send the artwork as vector and we proof it back to you on the frame drawing, then again on the photographed sample before mass production. Never approve lettering from a description alone.
Can you match units we bought in a previous year?
Send photographs, dimensions and the bulb spacing if you know it. We match to the physical sample rather than to a catalogue code.
Will the units cope with Gulf summer temperatures?
The wiring is rated to 60 C and the assembly is IP65. Frames are stoving varnished with rust prevention, which matters in coastal humidity.
