What do you actually manufacture?
Snow throwers, snow sweepers, ride on and ATV snow machines, petrol and diesel tillers and cultivators, two wheel tractors with implements, snow and ice shovels, and the spare parts for all of them. 110 models in the current range.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container. A 1 PC sample order is acceptable if you want to handle the product before committing.
How long is the lead time?
25 to 35 days for one 40HQ container. Sample orders ship in 1 to 7 days.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. Products can be customised to your drawings and specification, including branding, colour, manuals and packaging artwork.
How do you control quality?
Inspection runs from incoming material through production processing to the finished product. All goods are inspected before shipment and we show real time production status while your order is being made.
What happens if something fails after delivery?
Inside the warranty period we supply free replacement parts for quality problems. Outside the warranty, spare parts are sold at cost price.
Which port do you ship from and how do we pay?
Ningbo or Shanghai. Payment by Western Union, PayPal or T/T according to order quantity.
