Multi Function Snow Plough SJ-D1818-1 4WD 150cm Working Width
The SJ-D1818-1 is a 4WD ride on snow removal machine for municipal crews, airports, industrial sites and contractors who have to clear long routes rather than a single driveway, and who cannot justify a separate machine for each snow condition. A 312cc 13kW water cooled KB178 gasoline engine drives all four wheels through a differential shaft drive, while a separate G460FD gasoline engine runs the hydraulics, so the 160ml/r hydraulic motor turns the 50cm rolling brush at over 280rpm without robbing the drive. The working head clears 150cm in a pass, angles 20 degrees left or right under hydraulic control, and can be swapped between sweeper, thrower, shovel and salt spreader functions. The machine carries CE marking for Europe and loads 6 units to a 40HQ container.

Use Guide
- Check fuel and hydraulic oil levels, both tanks are 20L, before the first start of the shift
- Set the working head angle away from traffic, parked vehicles and building glazing before lowering the brush
- Lower the brush hydraulically onto the surface only once the machine is moving, so the bristles do not dig in on the spot
- Keep travel speed down on packed ice and use the full 4WD traction rather than more brush pressure
- Raise the working head off the ground for transport and for storage so the brush does not take a set
- Drain or stabilise fuel at the end of the season and check hydraulic hoses and fittings before storage
