Seasonal machinery has a delivery date that cannot move. This is how an order actually runs here, including the points where things normally go wrong and what we do about them.
Where This Normally Goes Wrong and What We Do
Quotation
The usual problem. A quotation without loading quantities is impossible to turn into a landed cost.
What we do. We quote with the 20ft, 40ft and 40HQ loading quantities for each model where the figure is known, so you can calculate freight per unit before you commit.
Sample Approval
The usual problem. Nobody should approve a container from a photograph.
What we do. 1 PC sample orders are accepted and ship in 1 to 7 days.
Production
The usual problem. The buyer goes quiet for a month and finds out about delays too late to react.
What we do. We share real time production status while the order is being built. 25 to 35 days for a 40HQ.
Inspection and Shipment
The usual problem. Problems discovered at the destination port are problems you pay for twice.
What we do. 100% of finished machines are inspected, the full order is inspected again before shipment, and the container leaves from Ningbo or Shanghai.

What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container. Sample orders are accepted before that.
What are the payment terms?
Western Union, PayPal or T/T according to order quantity.
Which port do you ship from?
Ningbo or Shanghai.
How do you handle quality inspection?
Every finished machine is inspected, and the full order is inspected again before shipment. You see real time production status while the order is being made.
Can you mix models in one container?
Yes. Mixing machines, hand tools and spare parts in one container is normal for a seasonal order.
