Most OEM projects fail on the gap between a drawing and a factory that has never built that product. We build snow and tillage machinery every day, so an OEM programme here starts from a running production line and changes what needs changing, rather than starting from nothing.
Where This Normally Goes Wrong and What We Do
Enquiry and Specification
The usual problem. A buyer sends a model, a drawing or a competitor sample, and does not know whether it is buildable at the target price.
What we do. We come back with what is standard on our line, what is a modification and what is a new tool, so the cost conversation happens before anyone spends money.
Sampling
The usual problem. Committing a container to an unseen product is the single biggest risk in a new supplier relationship.
What we do. 1 PC sample orders are accepted and ship in 1 to 7 days, so the product is in your buyer's hands before the purchase order is signed.
Branding and Packaging
The usual problem. A retail programme needs colour, artwork, manuals and barcodes in the destination language, not an export carton with a factory name on it.
What we do. Buyer branding, colour scheme, decal set, manual and packaging artwork are all part of the OEM scope, in colour box, OPP bag or bulk carton.
Production and Inspection
The usual problem. The buyer loses visibility the moment the order is confirmed and finds out about problems on arrival.
What we do. We share real time production status while the order is on the line, inspect 100% of finished machines, and inspect the full order again before shipment.

What is the minimum quantity for an OEM programme?
One 20ft container, with sample orders accepted beforehand so you can approve the product first.
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes. Products can be customised to your drawings and specification.
Can you match a competitor sample?
Send it to us. We will tell you honestly which parts of it we already build, which need modification and which need new tooling.
Who owns the tooling for a new part?
That is agreed in writing before tooling starts. Raise it in your first enquiry rather than after the first shipment.
How long does an OEM order take?
25 to 35 days production for a 40HQ container once the sample and artwork are approved.
