Snow Throwers

Two stage petrol snow throwers that keep throwing when the snow turns heavy.

A snow thrower earns its place when the snow is deep, wet or compacted into a ridge by a passing plough. These machines pair an auger with a separate impeller so throwing distance holds up as the load rises, and they carry the clearing widths and intake heights that decide how many passes a route actually takes.

Problems This Range Solves

  • Single stage machines lose throwing distance as soon as the snow is wet
  • A narrow clearing width turns a fixed route into repeated passes and blown labour hours
  • Snow thrown too short lands back on ground that has already been cleared
  • Recoil only starting is slow and unpopular with seasonal staff on a cold morning

Core Advantages

  • Two stage auger and impeller layout across the range
  • Manual and electric start on the larger models
  • Chute rotation for directing discharge away from traffic and glazing
  • Container loading quantities quoted per model so freight can be costed before the order

Who This Range Is For

  • Importers stocking the European and North American winter
  • Municipal maintenance departments
  • Facility management contractors
  • Rental fleets
  • Agricultural and equipment dealers

Where These Machines Work

  • Footpaths and pedestrian areas
  • Driveway entrances blocked by plough ridges
  • Car parks and fire exits
  • Farmyards and access tracks
FAQ

Snow Throwers Questions

Which clearing width should I choose?

Match it to the route rather than the machine. A wider machine finishes a fixed route in fewer passes, but it also has to fit through the narrowest gate or gap on that route.

What does intake height actually mean?

It is the maximum depth of snow the auger housing can take in one pass. It is the figure that decides whether the machine can clear the compacted ridge a road plough leaves across a driveway entrance.

Are these machines CE marked?

Some models are produced to CE standard for Europe and say so on their own product page. Where a product page does not state a certification, we do not claim one. Ask us before you order for the EU.

How many machines fit in a container?

It varies by model and is stated on each product page where the figure is known. Ask us for the model you are quoting and we will confirm the 20ft, 40ft and 40HQ loading.

What happens if a machine fails under warranty?

Replacement parts for a quality fault are supplied free of charge inside the warranty period. Outside it, parts are sold at cost price.
