Most machinery suppliers make their margin twice, once on the machine and again on the spares. We sell spare parts at cost price once the warranty has expired. The reasoning is commercial rather than charitable: a dealer who can keep machines running comes back for more machines.
Where This Normally Goes Wrong and What We Do
Identifying the Part
The usual problem. A buyer describes a broken component over WhatsApp and gets sent the wrong part, twice.
What we do. Send the machine model number and a photograph. Because the parts are made against our own machines, fitment is confirmed before the order rather than after the parcel lands.
Pre Season Stocking
The usual problem. Parts are sourced reactively in January, when every hour the machine stands still costs money.
What we do. Send us your installed base by model and we will build a stocking list of the consumables that actually stop a machine: shear pins, friction wheels and discs, belts and cables.
Warranty Claims
The usual problem. Warranty terms that are vague at the time of sale become arguments at the time of failure.
What we do. Inside the warranty period, replacement parts for a quality problem are supplied free of charge. The warranty term itself is stated on the individual product page where the source data gives one.
Out of Warranty Supply
The usual problem. Spare parts pricing is where a supplier quietly recovers the discount given on the machine.
What we do. Outside the warranty period parts are sold at cost price, and they can travel inside a machine container instead of as a separate air shipment.

Yes, once the warranty period has expired. Inside it, parts needed because of a quality problem are free.
Can I order parts without buying machines?
Yes, subject to the usual container and payment terms.
How do I confirm a part fits?
Send the machine model number and a photograph of the part. We confirm fitment before the order.
Can parts ship with a machine order?
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to buy them.
What if the machine is several seasons old?
Tell us the model. We hold parts against the machines we build, which is why we can usually answer.
