Under about 100mm a fabricated letter's return looks disproportionate and the soldered seam sits right where the eye lands. Flat cut solid stainless has no return and no seam, which is why it suits this work.

Fixing options across these builds include back screw bolt, 3M double-sided tape and a PVC or foam bottom. Tape works on clean flat non-porous surfaces and has a size limit.

Production runs 5 to 7 days on most fabricated and channel letters and 7 to 10 days on lightboxes, flag signs and thick solid acrylic. DHL or UPS express adds roughly 4 to 5 days door to door, and the carton contains the fixing accessories, the 1:1 scale mounting template and, on illuminated orders, the transformer.
