The freight stage is where most overseas sign orders lose their schedule. These are the actual windows we work to and what travels in the carton.
Taken in this sequence, each decision narrows the next one. Taken out of order, they contradict each other.
Most fabricated metal letters and LED channel letters run 5 to 7 days. Lightboxes, edge-lit builds and thick solid acrylic run 7 to 10 days because the frame, the acrylic and the LED cavity are produced separately.
The letters, the fixing accessories, the 1:1 scale mounting template, and on illuminated orders the transformer. Aluminium work is crated more heavily because it dents more easily than stainless.
DHL or UPS express, approximately 4 to 5 days door to door. That is a door-to-door service, so the letters arrive at the site address rather than at a freight terminal.
Leave the protective film on polished and mirror faces until the letters are fixed. Laminate the paper template if the site is damp. Check the transformer voltage against local mains before the crew goes up the ladder.
