Hospitality signage is read at night, at close range, and in rooms whose lighting has already been designed. The sign has to join that lighting scheme rather than fight it.

In a lobby with controlled lighting, a frontlit letter reads as a light fitting. Halo and backlit builds keep the face solid metal and put the light on the wall, which is why most hotel identity walls use them.
Warm LED renders wall colours differently from cool white. If the interior is already specified, tell us the wall colour and we will confirm the LED colour against it rather than guess.
Electroplated gold over polished or brushed stainless holds its depth because the colour is in the plating, not in a paint film. We recommend it for indoor use, which suits a lobby and rules out an exposed forecourt sign.
RGB builds ship with a programme controller, pre-loaded or customised to a sequence you specify at the time of order.

Production runs 5 to 7 days on most fabricated and channel letters and 7 to 10 days on lightboxes, flag signs and thick solid acrylic. DHL or UPS express adds roughly 4 to 5 days door to door, and the carton contains the fixing accessories, the 1:1 scale mounting template and, on illuminated orders, the transformer.
A halo is produced by the wall, not by the letter. Four decisions control the result and only one of them is about the letter itself.

Only as plain metal. In daylight the halo disappears, so the letterform and finish have to carry the sign on their own. If the venue needs daytime legibility from the street, choose a frontlit build.
We recommend electroplated gold for indoor use. For an exterior warm metal, solid brass or a painted gold finish is the durable route.
It is set by the stud length and it controls how tight the halo looks. Specify it; the default is not necessarily what your wall wants.
Yes. The flag lightbox builds carry translucent acrylic on both faces with waterproof LED inside, and run 7 to 10 days in production.
