Painting Color Fabricated Metal Letters 22
Franchise rollouts that have to match an existing colour standard across several sites.

A JPEG of a logo is not a colour specification. Every colour route in this catalogue starts with a Pantone or RAL code confirmed before production begins.
Taken in this sequence, each decision narrows the next one. Taken out of order, they contradict each other.
Screen colour depends on the screen. The colour that goes on the order is a Pantone or RAL reference, and it is the same reference used again on a repeat batch.
Powder coating is baked on and hard wearing. Wet paint suits geometries that cannot go through the oven. Anodising gives a metal look on aluminium but a narrow colour range. Electroplated gold puts the colour in the plating and is recommended for indoor use.
Standard acrylic colours are stocked. A specific brand colour is achieved by applying film to the acrylic. Keep one method across a multi-site rollout, because filmed and solid coloured acrylic age differently.
Powder coating is applied to the whole batch at once. Adding a letter months later risks a visible shift, so if the set may grow, say so at the first order.

View specificationThe largest group in the catalogue: 25 builds of fabricated 304 and 316 stainless, separated by how the surface is finished rather than by how the letter is made.
4 productsWelded aluminium letters, chosen when the sign is large, the wall is weak, or the air is salty.
5 productsFive builds in solid acrylic and PVC, CNC route cut and painted to a supplied Pantone code.
IndustryRetail signage is bought against a landlord specification, a fit-out date and a fascia that already exists. Those three constraints decide the build more often than the design does.
IndustryProfessional practices usually arrive with a serif wordmark, a fixed corporate colour and a building they do not own. All three narrow the build considerably.
Design GuideFive different ways of putting a colour on a letter, each with a different tolerance and a different point of no return.
Buying GuideFour things turn an enquiry into a price. Missing any one of them turns it into a conversation.
Not reliably. Photographs carry the lighting and the camera profile with them. Send a Pantone or RAL code, or post a physical sample.
Electroplated gold has more depth because the colour sits in the plating, and it is recommended for indoor use. Painted gold is cheaper, can be repainted later, and is the practical route outdoors.
Not automatically. Acrylic and powder coat are different materials taking colour in different ways. If face and return have to match, ask for a sample of both before production.
The code goes on the order before production starts. Recoating a finished letter means stripping it first, which is why the confirmation happens at the front of the job.
Describe the site and the constraint and we will tell you which build answers it, with the production window attached to the price.
