Retail signage is bought against a landlord specification, a fit-out date and a fascia that already exists. Those three constraints decide the build more often than the design does.
Four constraints decide the build before the design does. Each one has a factory answer.
Mall landlords usually cap how far a sign may project into the walkway. That rules out deep returns, and a shallow return needs tighter LED spacing to avoid hotspots on the acrylic face. Say the maximum depth on the enquiry and the LED layout is set to suit.
Most fabricated and channel letters here run 5 to 7 days in production, and express shipping adds roughly 4 to 5 days. Lightboxes and thick acrylic builds run 7 to 10 days. Working backwards from the handover is the only reliable way to choose the build.
Chains audit their fascias. We match from a Pantone or RAL code confirmed before production, and the code stays on the order so a second store gets the same colour.
There is no minimum order quantity. A single character to match an existing fascia is a normal order, provided you send a photograph of the existing return and rim as well as the letterform.

Production runs 5 to 7 days on most fabricated and channel letters and 7 to 10 days on lightboxes, flag signs and thick solid acrylic. DHL or UPS express adds roughly 4 to 5 days door to door, and the carton contains the fixing accessories, the 1:1 scale mounting template and, on illuminated orders, the transformer.
A JPEG of a logo is not a colour specification. Every colour route in this catalogue starts with a Pantone or RAL code confirmed before production begins.

Shallow enough for most mall fascia zones, but the shallower it gets the closer the LED has to be spaced to keep the face even. Tell us the depth limit and we will confirm whether the letter height still works.
Send a photograph that shows the return and the rim, not only the face, plus the Pantone or RAL code if you have it. Brushed grain and polish depth differ between suppliers and both show once the signs sit side by side.
