Vehicle brand signage is sculptural. The mark is usually a formed shape rather than a letterform, and that changes both the price and the lead time before anything else is decided.

Folding sheet metal produces a letter. It cannot produce a curved emblem. Formed 3D construction can, in genuine 304 stainless, with polished, mirror or brushed finishing and laser cut face detail where the artwork needs it.
This is stated plainly in the original specification: complicated fabricated curved surface shapes carry a relatively higher cost and a longer delivery time. Planning around that is easier than discovering it.
The minimum height for a formed 3D logo is 150mm. Below that, the curve cannot be formed cleanly and the mark has to be flat cut instead.
